It would not be wrong to define the era we are living in as an Age of Design. In modern times, everything was re-thought and re-analyzed. By this means, an age that everything was redesigned was faced. Media/Press had an important role in this redefinition process. In this paper, the role of media as order creator, order maintainer and organizer will be evaluated. The mechanism of media's organizing of cultural, economic and political domains as a designing power will be investigated. The relation between media and chaos will not be ignored but how the chaotic situations lead to order formation indeed will be explained. The role of Media as order creator will be analysed by considering the historical evolution of media tools. By the way, the main axis will be based on contemporary media tools and how they perform their roles of order constitution.
