Global and international competition necessitated remodeling of work life in todays conditions. Studies of industrialized world countries regarding work life and adjustment of employed people to this life have gained speed. Globalization all over the world formed a basis for free circulation of capital and service offer aside from the work life. Therefore there are flexible systems in work life as in many fields. Labor market has been deeply affected because of flexible working system and life and qualified labor force have been gradually decreased. Increased unemployment and employment gap created by globalization caused differences on social and work life of employed people. Factors such as flexibility, hour of work, working conditions and salary are the reasons which affected the remodeling of flexible labor force mostly in terms of businesses and employed people. In this study, the effects of flexibility process experienced in business life on work life and employed people particularly have been tried to be determined. A LİKERT scaled survey was applied on people working in finance/banking sector which were discussed as a model in the study, data obtained from the survey were analyzed with SPSS-15 statistics program and a conclusion-suggestion was made. The survey used in the application was sent to the individuals working in different finance and bank institutions by e-mail or by hand and then surveys were collected on condition that identity information is kept confidential. Besides the assessment of the need for flexibility experienced in work life were made in terms of the legislation.
